Out Of Our Heads

Mono LK4725
Stereo SKL4725
The "export version" issued in Europe in September of 1965.
This LP was not issued in England
even though it was made there. It went on export to Europe main land. It had the
same cover and song list as the US version of Out Of Out Heads.
The UK OOOH had a
different set of song as well as a different cover. Reason why they made this LP
and exported it to the rest of Europe is not known. But my theory would be that
the UK OOOH did not have Satisfaction on it but this one had. DECCA in UK did not put songs issued on 45's on LP's but that was done in US. So, to get the big
hit of 1965 on a LP in Europe,
they opted for issuing the US version insted of
the UK version.
This LP was pressed in rather small quantities so there are not that many variations to look for
Vinyl versions
Grooved label
The deep pressed ring in the vinyl under the label, "grooved label",
is in use until the summer of 1968. Both Mono and Stereo LP's can be found with
grooved and non grooved labels.
This indicates that mono LP's were pressed for
export up to the end on the 60's.

Cover versions
There are no cover differances
existing on this LP. This has probably to do with the fact that it was
pressed in rather small quantities.
The only difference is the Mono and Stereo numbers on the front and on the
back.
Label Versions
Even the labels that usually have lots of small variations are almost identical on this LP.
Mono LK4725 non boxed label
The Mono grooved and non grooved labels are identical even though there are almost four years in between the pressings.

A very small set of LP's was made
in the mid 70's again for export to Europe main land. This one was then
